Charles Picard writes to the Kennebec Journal:
Maine has proven that we can be a leader several times. We do not need to "track" our political opponents simply because other states do it. We are better than that, at least I thought we were. Let us once again lead the nation and ban "tracking."And while we're at it, maybe we could ban all those pesky journalists from the campaign trail, too?
