UPDATE: PolitckerME.com seems to have missed some of the speech. But in these clips, if I'm counting correctly, Sen. Collins says the word "Iraq" only once--and in passing.

In general, the address is noticeably light on the discussion of issues, even by the standards of a campaign speech at a political convention.
