Al Diamon wonders (via Maine Politics) why the Maine media has ignored the Sen. Collins angle of the Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) story, even as that angle gets plenty of coverage nationally.
Could it have anything to do with the Maine media's decision to ignore polls that put Collins' advantage under ten percent?
Or the fact that there's better coverage of Rep. Allen's legislative proposals in New York-based Newsday than there is locally?
Of course, maybe it's all just a giant coincidence.
